Availability

Flower Design endeavours to re-create the floral design and products you have chosen accurately. However the flowers and other items on this website are subject to seasonal changes. In the unlikely event off any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of equal value and quality

Some flowers may be delivered in bud to ensure longer vase life. Our bouquets and arrangements are handmade, so no two will ever be identical.

Orders

If there is any ambiguity with orders received we will endeavour to fulfil your order to the best of our ability and we reserve the right to refuse to accept or cancel any order in whole or in part at anytime. Please ensure you enter your correct email address on the order form.

We accept most credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo. You may send and pay for flowers over the phone by calling us. Orders that are cancelled online or via the phone are subject to a cancellation fee. We do not accept American Express.

Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed we provide same day delivery on local orders and national orders placed before 12pm (Monday – Friday) Excluding Bank Holidays

We do not accept liability for delay if there is no one to receive the order at the given delivery address. A card will be placed through the letter box. We will try an alternative address or bring the item back to the store for collection. We may charge for re-delivery, this could also be the day after.

You are fully responsible for providing correct delivery details and appropriate contact information.

Refund & Cancellation

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your delivery, please keep the flowers and contact the store within 24 hours of delivery. We will not accept any liability unless we are informed within the 24 hour period. Refunds or replacements will be given in the event of any genuine complaint. We need at least 48 hours notice prior to any order cancellation. Refunds can not be given if this notice period has expired.

Guarantee

Flower Design guarantees a quality product and service to our customers. We investigate all complaints thoroughly. Refunds or replacements will be given in the event of any genuine complaint.

Personal Data

We collect your personal data to enable us to fulfil your order and keep you informed of your order status. We also ask for a telephone number just in case there is any problem.

No data is shared with any third party.

All transactions are placed over a 256 bit encrypted server with VeriSign.

Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
